The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Digital HR & Rewards team in the Human Resources department as soon as possible. If you’re eager to gain exciting insights into HR Tech & Compensation and actively contribute to the development of our HR systems and processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Digital HR & Rewards team is the driving force behind the digitalization and advancement of our HR processes. We not only design innovative compensation and benefits models but also ensure that our HR work becomes more efficient and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR digitalization – Support projects to optimize and digitalize HR processes in SuccessFactors and other tools
• Enable data-driven decisions – Create, analyze, and maintain HR dashboards & reports
• Enhance Compensation & Benefits – Conduct market analyses and optimize existing programs
• Implement new technologies – Help shape innovative processes and introduce new tools
• Stay ahead of trends & best practices – Research the latest developments in Digital HR & Rewards
• Hands-on HR experience – Support daily operations, handle ad-hoc requests, and gain insights into other HR areas

Key Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, HR Management, Psychology, or a similar discipline)
• Interest in digital HR topics, processes, and compensation systems
• Ideally, first experience with HR software (e.g., SuccessFactors) or a strong affinity for digital tools
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data and reports
• Structured, independent working style with a quick grasp of new concepts
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
