The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Digital HR & Rewards team in the Human Resources department as soon as possible. If you’re eager to gain exciting insights into HR Tech & Compensation and actively contribute to the development of our HR systems and processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR digitalization – Support projects to optimize and digitalize HR processes in SuccessFactors and other tools
- Enable data-driven decisions – Create, analyze, and maintain HR dashboards & reports
- Enhance Compensation & Benefits – Conduct market analyses and optimize existing programs
- Implement new technologies – Help shape innovative processes and introduce new tools
- Stay ahead of trends & best practices – Research the latest developments in Digital HR & Rewards
- Hands-on HR experience – Support daily operations, handle ad-hoc requests, and gain insights into other HR areas
Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, HR Management, Psychology, or a similar discipline)
- Interest in digital HR topics, processes, and compensation systems
- Ideally, first experience with HR software (e.g., SuccessFactors) or a strong affinity for digital tools
- Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with data and reports
- Structured, independent working style with a quick grasp of new concepts
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
