The Role

As demand for workforce management solutions continues to grow, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Account Executive (m/f/d) to accelerate new business acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities, helping expand ATOSS’s footprint in key markets.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where your ability to generate pipeline, build relationships, and demonstrate the value of our solutions will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business generation through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach.

  • Identify potential customers, understand their business challenges, and position ATOSS solutions effectively.

  • Lead discovery calls and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline.

  • Communicate ATOSS’s value proposition in a compelling way, demonstrating clear ROI to key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with internal teams to support the sales cycle.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking and pipeline forecasting in CRM tools.

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge to position ATOSS as a trusted advisor.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in software or SaaS solutions.

  • Track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.

  • High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Passion for technology, digital transformation, and workforce management solutions.

  • Business-fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
