The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead our Workforce Analytics product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, an extensive experience in product ownership, data analytics, and a deep understanding of workforce management solutions. This role involves driving the product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics solutions that empower organizations to optimize their workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workforce analytics in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities as well as the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior management regarding product updates and strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and junior product owners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in workforce analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs, translating them into product requirements.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights, feeding learnings back into the product development process.
- Guide efforts to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytic tools.
- Oversee quantitative analysis and the creation of predictive models to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field;
- 5+ years in product management with a focus on analytics and ideally workforce management.
- Strong understanding of data analytics including the visualization and security standards & compliance aspects, ideally exposure AI.
- Proven track record in managing and launching analytics products; ability to align product strategy with business goals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
