The Role 

As a Payroll & Process Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee the accurate processing of pay slips and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will support payroll systems, drive process improvements, and contribute to the optimization of internal controls, playing a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality within the payroll function.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Take responsibility for the professional review of pay slips
  • Provide internal support for the Workforce Management Software ASES, including data maintenance, responding to inquiries, and generating reports
  • Contribute to and support various payroll-related projects
  • Analyze, design, and develop payroll processes and related technical topics
  • Identify, design, and improve payroll processes
  • Optimize and implement the Internal Control System


Key Requirements
 

  • Degree in Business Administration or a successfully completed commercial training (e.g., tax specialist, HR specialist, certified payroll accountant)
  • Extensive experience in processing and reviewing pay slips
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, wage tax law, and social security regulations
  • Meticulous, reliable, and discreet approach to work
  • Strong focus on service excellence and quality
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
