The Role
Are you an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with proven leadership experience, ready to take on a Head of Sales position? Join our international team and contribute to our exciting growth journey! Based in our office in Utrecht, you will lead our established sales teams in Utrecht and Brussels and play a pivotal role in driving success in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of our international success story by joining our International Sales Team, where you will help shape our growth strategy and contribute directly to our continued success in global markets.
- Lead our Benelux Sales Teams from our office in Utrecht, overseeing and developing our talented sales teams in both Utrecht and Brussels while ensuring alignment and collaboration across locations.
- Drive strategic growth by building on our strong foundation in the Benelux region, identifying opportunities, creating strategies for expansion, and strengthening our presence, particularly with large enterprise accounts.
- Take on leadership with impact as Head of Sales, owning the responsibility for the region’s success by driving results, inspiring your teams, and contributing to the company’s overarching goals.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach by engaging directly with key decision-makers, navigating the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, and ensuring clients see the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning efforts with marketing, SDR teams, and partners to enhance market impact and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Lead by example by staying hands-on, demonstrating best practices, and achieving key personal targets to inspire your team.
Key Requirements
- Extensive sales expertise with 7 to 13 years in B2B enterprise software sales, demonstrating a proven track record
- Initial leadership experience (interim Team Lead role, mentoring etc.) and a strong motivation to take this step.
- Language skills requiring full professional proficiency in Dutch (native or equivalent level) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in the region. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies to grow market share in a competitive environment.
- Market knowledge with a deep understanding of the Benelux market and its dynamics, combined with enthusiasm for digitalization and a willingness to travel.
- An educational background that includes a completed university education.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a talent for establishing trust, acting as a trusted advisor, and developing long-term relationships with clients.
