Are you a experienced Enterprise sales professional looking for a new opportunity as Teamlead/ Head of Sales in New Business - Enterprise? Join our team in Paris and play a key role in expanding our market in France, with a particular focus on large accounts (with realistic sales targets and uncapped commissions). In this position, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing. Depending on your level of experience, you can join our team as a "Teamlead Sales" or "Head of Sales."

YOUR TASKS SCOPE:

  • Expand Our Market Presence: We aim to grow our presence in the French market—actively contribute to our expansion with a focus on large accounts.
  • Strategic Team Building: Develop and implement the strategy for growth in France, including recruiting, building, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • Engage proactively with decision-makers: Demonstrate a strong approach to drive sales. Work closely with marketing, SDR teams, and partners to align efforts and drive market impact.
  • Navigate the entire sales cycle: From lead generation to contract signing, with a focus on acquiring new customers. Build a robust pipeline and guide your prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, highlighting return on investment.
  • "Lead by Example": As a role model, you are responsible not only for your team's sales and growth targets but also for achieving your personal sales goals.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Extensive Sales Experience: 7 to 15 years of proven success in B2B large account sales, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in SaaS sales.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (C2 level) and a strong command of English (business level or higher).
  • Digital Savvy: Enthusiasm for digitalization and technology trends, paired with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally to meet clients and partners.
  • High Performance: Demonstrated track record as a top performer, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build trust by acting as a strategic advisor, fostering long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions.
