- Depending on your experience level, you can start with us as a Team Lead (m/f/d) or Head of Sales (m/f/d).
YOUR TASK SCOPE:
- After completing our Leadership Onboarding (approx. 6 months), you will gradually, take on responsibility for a sales team of 3 to 5 members
- Leading by example: As a role model, you will be responsible, not only for your team's revenue and growth goals, but also for your own targets
- Your team will be responsible for the entire sales process: from independent lead generation, to process analysis, software demonstrations, and the successful closing of deals (typically taking 1-3 months).
- Your team will focus on acquiring new customers in the mid-market (up to 1,000 employees) across various industries – providing variety and flexibility
- Consultative Selling: You and your team will leverage your expertise in business processes and workforce management to persuade champions and decision-makers, of the benefits and ROI of our HR solution
- The goal is not only to present our HR software, but to inspire target customers with the ideal solution tailored to their individual needs and requirements
- You will report directly to our Director of SMB Sales and, together with other Sales Leads, will further develop the sales strategy
YOUR SKILLS:
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in solutions, consulting, or HR consulting
- At least 3-4 years of leadership experience in managing a sales team
- Successfully completed studies or vocational training
- A motivated and charismatic personality
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
