- Strategic Team Building: Develop and implement the strategy for growth in France, including recruiting, building, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Engage proactively with decision-makers: Demonstrate a strong approach to drive sales. Work closely with marketing, SDR teams, and partners to align efforts and drive market impact.
- Navigate the entire sales cycle: From lead generation to contract signing, with a focus on acquiring new customers. Build a robust pipeline and guide your prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, highlighting return on investment.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Extensive Sales Experience: 7 to 15 years of proven success in B2B large account sales, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in SaaS sales.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (C2 level) and a strong command of English (business level or higher).
- Digital Savvy: Enthusiasm for digitalization and technology trends, paired with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally to meet clients and partners.
- High Performance: Demonstrated track record as a top performer, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build trust by acting as a strategic advisor, fostering long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions.
