The Role
Join our team in Utrecht and play a key role in our international market expansion, with a specific focus on large enterprise clients. As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for requirement analysis and implementing our enterprise solution, working closely with clients from initial onboarding to full deployment.
With the Utrecht team you are a part of the international consultancy team with colleagues spread out in different locations around Europe (e.g. Germany, Sweden, Austria...). You will have a close collaboration with your team members in the international setup where you support, share and learn from each other.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work in customer projects of varying duration and scope, implementing our HR software and with several projects in parallel you will build a broad customer base and varied experience.
- Lead customer workshops to provide guidance, share best practices for implementation, conduct software training and requirement analyses.
- Translate requirements into technical implementations and configure our HR software.
- Lead, structure, and plan your work packages in a project context, collaborating closely with other consultants and customer representatives.
- Work on projects primarily in the French market, focusing on large enterprises and multinational corporations, while supporting our international team on large global projects.
- Provide professional and technical support for new and existing customers in workforce management.
Key Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in an IT consulting role
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, enthusiasm for direct customer interaction, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Well-organized, structured, and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality in consulting
- Fluency in French and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Completed university degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Physics
- Advantageous to have proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in previous roles
