The Role

Our passionate marketing team is looking for a Working Student Event Management & Marketing (m/f/d) (for 20 hours per week). In this role you will gain hands-on experience in event management, campaign management, content, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting inventory management and ensuring smooth organization of marketing materials. 
• Providing operational assistance to the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and activities. 
• Assisting with marketing projects and managing sub-projects, particularly for events. 
• Conducting data research and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. 
• Handling back-office tasks and supporting the team with organizational duties. 

Key Requirements

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or any other related field. 
• High level of interest in event management and willingness to contribute to internal and external events. 
• Initial experience in event management is beneficial but not mandatory. 
• Proficient in using digital tools, such as CRM systems and MS Office applications. 
• Structured and independent working style. 
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
