YOUR TASKS SCOPE: 

  • Optimization and enhancement of interactive controlling dashboards.
  • Further automation and visualisation of our management reporting - establish a self-service reporting system for monthly financial KPIs.
  • Design interactive dashboards and advanced analytics tools tailored to business needs, helping visualize complex data.
  • Participation in the monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS reporting activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan as well as intra-year forecasts and mid-/long-term planning.
  • Participation in interdisciplinary and cross-functional digitisation projects.

YOUR SKILLS: 

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or industrial engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Controlling or a related field.
  • Very good knowledge and extensive experience in working with databases and visualisation tools (ideally Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with an independent, structured, and responsible working style.
  • High level of accuracy, diligence and ability to communicate complex issues appropriately.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in German and very good knowledge of English.
