YOUR TASKS SCOPE:
- Be part of exciting upcoming Salesforce projects in the fields of Lead-to-Cash, Customer/ Partner Community or AI
- Collaborate with external partners, internal key users, end users and top management in important digital transformation projects
- Coordinate the internal Salesforce key users and gather their requirements together with the Salesforce Product Owner, think about different solution approaches and build new automations with flows
- Support the internal Salesforce key users ATOSS-wide with effective actions and training materials to increase the end user adoption and satisfaction
- Write user stories, ensure that acceptance criteria are stated clearly, and that best practices and guidelines are applied
- Write test scripts, define test cases, organize and support proactively test sessions with all relevant stakeholders and document relevant results
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or similar
- Experience with the configuration and administration of Salesforce products is essential with at least one certification
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications with the needed curiosity to question things
- Strong team player skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization
- In-depth knowledge of automation tools (primarily Flows) and their application in complex orgs, apex code is a plus
- Experience in executing deployments (incl. data updates), ideally as part of a structured CI/CD process
- Interest for new Salesforce technologies & features and building a PoC to be able to present your recommendations on director level
