Working Student (m/f/d) People Development

Your Task Scope:

• Organizing internal and external training sessions, including communication with trainers, participants and managers
• Maintaining and managing the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning)
• Shaping our People Experience: Contributing to and independently driving forward feel-good initiatives such as health and wellbeing programs, CSR activities, and anniversary celebrations
• Preparing our ATOSS Newbies Day
• Supporting Learning & Development projects while contributing your own ideas
• Assisting in daily operational tasks

Your Capabilities:

• Enrollment in an HR-oriented study program or a related field
• Ideally, initial practical experience in People Development
• A high degree of independence, quick comprehension skills, and a structured and reliable way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
