YOUR TASK SCOPE: 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Head of Sales Enablement to join our Revenue Operations team in Munich, Germany. You bring deep expertise in sales enablement and training, combined with extensive sales experience. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership and management, leading a team of 3–5 people within the next 12–18 months. 

  • Strategic Enablement Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth. 
  • Onboarding Excellence: Design and implement role-based onboarding programs to ensure new hires are optimally prepared for success. 
  • Advanced Training Development: Lead the creation and delivery of advanced training programs, including "Do My Job" training and skill gap training, based on data analysis from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel. 
  • Innovative Course Creation: Take the lead in developing new training courses and manage the upload of course content to Highspot. 
  • Effective Communication: Regularly communicate the status of enablement activities and initiatives to sales leadership and management.
  • All Hands Call Coordination: Organize and conduct "All Hands" calls with all members of the go-to-market organization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and process data to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of sales enablement experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

YOUR SKILLS: 

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field
  • Proven success in sales and leadership roles
  • Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
  • Training Expertise: Excellent ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness to work regularly in Munich
