YOUR TASK SCOPE: 

  • Responsibility for direct sales of complex software solutions with a focus on new customer acquisition, from initial contact to contract signing 
  • Target customers: Hospitals and nursing services with at least 500 employees 
  • Contacting decision-makers at the C-level with a highly individualized approach 
  • Positioning yourself as a process consultant and workforce management expert for potential customers 
  • Persuading through abstract concepts rather than software demonstrations or features. The argumentation centers on processes, ROI, opportunity costs, employee satisfaction, savings potential, etc. 
  • Opportunity to build and motivate your own sales team 

YOUR SKILLS: 

  • Successfully completed degree 
  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably of complex solutions or capital goods 
  • Experience in the healthcare/medical industry 
  • Understanding of and interest in technical products/solutions 
  • Hunter and hands-on mentality 
  • Fluent German language skills 
  • Very good English language skills 
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week (countrywide in Germany)
