YOUR TASK SCOPE:
- Responsibility for direct sales of complex software solutions with a focus on new customer acquisition, from initial contact to contract signing
- Target customers: Hospitals and nursing services with at least 500 employees
- Contacting decision-makers at the C-level with a highly individualized approach
- Positioning yourself as a process consultant and workforce management expert for potential customers
- Persuading through abstract concepts rather than software demonstrations or features. The argumentation centers on processes, ROI, opportunity costs, employee satisfaction, savings potential, etc.
- Opportunity to build and motivate your own sales team
YOUR SKILLS:
- Successfully completed degree
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably of complex solutions or capital goods
- Experience in the healthcare/medical industry
- Understanding of and interest in technical products/solutions
- Hunter and hands-on mentality
- Fluent German language skills
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week (countrywide in Germany)
