YOUR TASK SCOPE:
- Independent management of the entire sales cycle (average duration: 18 months)
- Acquisition of 2-4 new enterprise customers (with over 1,000 employees) per year
- Exclusive focus on one of our industry specialties: retail, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, or services
- Independent lead generation through targeted cold calls
- Consultative Selling: A core together component is a multi-day workshop where you analyze processes related to workforce planning with potential clients. The outcome is a business case that convincingly demonstrates the clear and rapid ROI of ATOSS
- Presentation of business cases at the C-level
- Team success through close collaboration with presales, legal, and IT consulting
- 1-2 travel days per week, with your sales territory typically covering all of Germany
YOUR SKILLS:
- 2-4 years of experience in selling a complex product or service, with proven success in acquiring new customers
- Career changers with sales experience outside the software industry are warmly welcomed
- Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in consulting with a focus on process optimization are also a great fit
- Successfully completed degree
- Joy in success, passion for sales, a strong personality, teamwork, perseverance, empathy, and a willingness to learn are key success factors for us
- Excellent German and good English skills
