YOUR TASKS SCOPE:
- Conduct market research to identify and approach new prospects, qualifying potential leads along the way
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels including phone, email, and social media to comprehensively address their Workforce Management needs
- Arrange and participate in initial discovery calls with prospects to assess their requirements and challenges
- Work closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales cycle
- Career advancement with the possibility of transitioning into an Account Executive role after a certain period
YOUR SKILLS:
- We are looking for someone with approx. one year of cold calling experience, combined with a strong enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in French, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Technical Affinity: While experience with tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a plus, we welcome candidates who are tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and platforms.
