YOUR TASK SCOPE:
- Development and implementation of a joint business plan with our system integrators, software, implementation, and integration partners, as well as with ATOSS Sales and Marketing to generate leads, build a pipeline, and achieve agreed co-sell targets.
- Planning, execution, and progress review in line with the agreed business plan with partner solution, sales, delivery, and marketing stakeholders.
- Defining and implementing enablement and go-to-market initiatives as well as managing the pipeline.
- Building and expanding the partner network in European ATOSS target markets and industries.
- Managing partnerships and processes (certifications, registrations, contracts, etc.).
YOUR SKILLS:
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- Expertise, experience, and a proven track record in selling Cloud/SaaS software in complex customer and sales processes, as well as experience in collaborative sales with partners.
- Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams, along with strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
