The Role

You will drive implementation projects for enterprise customers, refine project management best practices, and optimize cross-functional processes. If you excel in project management and process optimization, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Inhouse Consultant Process Management – Customer Services & Support (approx. 20%)

Development and continuous improvement of project management best practices and templates based on lessons learned from customer projects
Ongoing optimization of cross-functional processes and documentation in our BPMN tool
Key user responsibilities for Salesforce (CRM) and Certinia (PSA), including analysis and prioritization of new requirements and report creation
Development and execution of internal software and process training (e.g., onboarding new employees)

Project Management (approx. 80%)

Operational planning, management, and execution of implementation projects for our enterprise customers in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring the expected customer value realization together with the project team

Key Requirements

Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in process and/or project management, ideally in the software or consulting sector
Regular assignments at our clients' sites – both on-site and remote
Experience in multi-project management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong conceptual thinking, a hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension skills
Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels and strong relationship-building abilities
Fluency in German and English
