The Role

 As a Software Trainer, you will use your technical expertise to deliver effective training and help users navigate our software with confidence. If you enjoy sharing knowledge and working with software, apply now!

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering top-notch software trainings to our (international) customers and partners.
• Deep familiarization with our software, ensuring technical expertise related to our product.
• Accompanying the development and optimization, of innovative and digital, training concepts and programs.
• Qualifying and training new and existing colleagues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the ATOSS training department.
• Creating high-quality training documents in both German and English.
• Providing individualized consultation to our customers regarding the topic Trainings.

Key Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or vocational training.
• Experience in creating digital learning content, ideally with knowledge of programs like Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate.
• Professional experience as a Product Trainer or Product Coach in a software context.
• Knowledge of HR or workforce management is nice-to-have.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to conduct training sessions at other ATOSS locations or at customer sites.
• Native/Billingual English.
